The project aims to develop forms of towers distinct icon mimic the legends of the past and give a touch of aesthetic and distinctive character of tourism to Dubai.
The project enjoys a privileged location on Dubai Creek conservative on the activities of the port heritage, but outside the protection zone to record the creek in the World Heritage.

The project comprises three towers at the marina center of Dubai, and includes commercial offices and a hotel by three towers stretching 450 meters.

It is expected to finish the project before 2020, the year in which Dubai will host Expo 2020.
